会议指出，确诊病例、疑似病例、密切接触者等入境人员，将按有关规定接受检查、治疗和隔离。中国还将与有关国家共同努力，暂缓或减少留学人员等双向流动，并做好对我国在境外公民疫情防控的指导帮扶工作。

At present, novel coronavirus is spreading around the world, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still complicated.A meeting of the leading group of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on coping with the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak on March 15, 2020 highlighted fresh challenges from the quick spread of the contagion outside China, saying that implementing epidemic prevention measures at borders is conducive to the orderly and safe flow of people between countries.

Inbound travelers who are confirmed or suspected of being infected with the virus or are close contacts will be checked, treated and quarantined according to relevant rules, said the meeting. China will also work with relevant countries to suspend or reduce the two-way flow of personnel such as students studying abroad, and guidance and assistance will be provided to Chinese citizens in other countries.
