The third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China vividly records a series of important statements and speeches made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, based on his experiences in state governance in the new era since the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017. It fully and systematically reflects Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and demonstrates the latest achievements in the Sinicization of Marxism. As for all-Round Opening Up, General Secretary Xi said: 

中国开放的大门只会越开越大

China Will Open Even Wider'

我要明确告诉大家，中国开放的大门不会关闭，只会越开越大！

I wish to make it clear to all that China's door will not be closed and will only open even wider.

实践证明，过去40年中国经济发展是在开放条件下取得的，

Past events prove that opening up has been key to China's economic growth over the past 40 years and in the same vein, 

未来中国经济实现高质量发展也必须在更加开放条件下进行。

China can only achieve high-quality economic development in the future with greater openness.

Opening up is a strategic decision made by China based on its need for development

同时也是在以实际行动推动经济全球化造福世界各国人民。

as well as a concrete action taken by China to move economic globalization forward in a way that benefits people across the world.

and breaking new ground in opening up further through links running eastward and westward, across land and over sea.
