《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷生动记录了党的十九大以来习近平总书记在领导推进新时代治国理政实践中发表的一系列重要论述，全面系统反映了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，集中展示了马克思主义中国化的最新成果。关于携手构建人类命运共同体，总书记这样说：

The third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China vividly records a series of important statements and speeches made by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, based on his experiences in state governance in the new era since the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017. It fully and systematically reflects Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and demonstrates the latest achievements in the Sinicization of Marxism. As for a Global Community of Shared Future, General Secretary Xi said:

——Towards a Stronger China-Africa Community of Shared Future

“海不辞水，故能成其大”。

To quote a Chinese saying,"The ocean is vast because it rejects no rivers.”

中国是世界上最大的发展中国家，非洲是发展中国家最集中的大陆，

China is the world's largest developing country, and Africa is the continent with the largest number of developing countries.

中非早已结成休戚与共的命运共同体。

China and Africa have long forged a community of shared future, and we rise and fall together. 

我们愿同非洲人民心往一处想、劲往一处使，共筑更加紧密的中非命运共同体，

China will work closely with African nations to build an even stronger community of shared future

为推动构建人类命运共同体树立典范。

and turn it into a pacesetter for building such a community for humanity.

地球是人类唯一的家园。

The Earth is the only place we can call home.

中国愿同非洲一道，倡导绿色、低碳、循环、可持续的发展方式，

China will work with Africa to pursue green, low-carbon, circular and sustainable development 

共同保护青山绿水和万物生灵。

and protect our lush mountains and lucid waters and all living beings on our planet. 

中国愿同非洲加强在应对气候变化、

China will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Africa on climate change,

应用清洁能源、防控荒漠化和水土流失、保护野生动植物

clean energy, prevention and control of desertification and soil erosion, protection of wildlife, 

等生态环保领域交流合作，

and other areas of ecological and environmental preservation. 

让中国和非洲都成为人与自然和睦相处的美好家园。

Together, we can make China and Africa beautiful places for people to live in harmony with nature.

All countries need to demonstrate a strong commitment to their global responsibilities in the face of daunting global challenges.Indeed, they need to determine a decisive direction for humanity at this juncture. 

积极做行动派、不做观望者，共同努力把人类前途命运掌握在自己手中。

We must take action instead of simply watching as bystanders, and endeavor to shape the future of humanity.

经济全球化是推动世界经济增长的引擎。

Economic globalization is an engine of global growth.

However, a trend against globalization is emerging,and the harm of protectionism is all too visible.

Income disparity and the imbalance in development among regions are growing.衡

They have become the most pressing issues to tackle when it comes to world economic governance.
