Modern Industrial System: How New Quality Productive Forces Reshape the Real Economy

Among the industries above designated size, the added value of the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 7.7% over the previous year, accounting for 34.6% of the total added value of the industries above designated size. The added value of the high-tech manufacturing sector increased by 8.9 percent, accounting for 16.3 percent of the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size. 

The output of new energy vehicles was 13.168 million units, an increase of 38.7% over the previous year; the output of solar cells (photovoltaic cells) was 680 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 15.7%; the output of service robots was 10.519 million sets, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%; The output of 3D printing equipment was 3.418 million units, a year-on-year increase of 11.3%. 

Among the service industries above designated size, the total business income of strategic emerging service enterprises grew by 7.9% over the previous year. 

Investment in high-tech industries increased by 8% over the previous year, and that in technological transformation in the manufacturing sector surged by 8%. 

The transaction volume of e-commerce was 46,409.1 billion yuan, an increase of 3.9% over the previous year.

Online retail sales amounted to 15,228.7 billion yuan, an increase of 7.2% over the previous year. 

27.37 million new business entities were established throughout the year, with an average of 24,000 new enterprises established every day.

The injection of new quality productive forces has not only promoted the deep integration of manufacturing and service industries and the iterative upgrading of traditional industries, but also given birth to a number of emerging industrial clusters with global competitiveness.
