10月29日下午，国家主席习近平在北京人民大会堂同来华进行国事访问的芬兰总统斯图布举行会谈。

习近平指出，芬兰是最早一批同新中国建交的西方国家之一，也是第一个同中国签订政府间贸易协定的西方国家。建交以来，中芬始终友好相处、互尊互信，树立了国与国之间超越历史、文化、制度差异，平等交往的典范。当前，世界百年变局加速演进，人类社会面临的风险挑战增多。在此背景下，中芬面向未来的新型合作伙伴关系更显独特价值，值得倍加珍惜和发扬光大。中方愿同芬方一道，加强战略合作，弘扬友好传统，将中芬面向未来的新型合作伙伴关系进一步推向前进，更好造福两国和两国人民，为世界和平和发展作出新贡献。

习近平强调，中芬关系长期健康稳定发展，最重要的原因就是两国始终坚持相互尊重、平等相待，照顾彼此核心利益和重大关切。中芬务实合作起步早、成果多、潜力大。不久前召开的中国共产党二十届三中全会对进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化作出系统部署，这将给中芬两国合作以及全球发展带来新动力、新机遇。欢迎芬方积极参与中国式现代化进程，拓展绿色转型、信息技术、数字经济、人工智能、新能源等新兴产业合作，构建新时期两国互利合作新格局。中方愿同芬方进一步扩大人文交流，决定将芬兰列入单方面免签政策范围，欢迎更多芬兰朋友来华经商、旅游、留学。

习近平指出，中芬两国都爱好和平，都倡导多边主义和自由贸易。中方愿同芬方加强应对气候变化、生物多样性保护、全球可持续发展、人工智能治理等问题的沟通和合作，携手维护世界和平稳定，推动构建平等有序的世界多极化、普惠包容的经济全球化。明年是中国同欧盟建交50周年，希望芬方继续为推动中欧关系健康稳定发展发挥积极作用，实现中芬关系、中欧关系相互促进、共同发展。

斯图布表示，我非常高兴在就任总统不久后访华，时隔14年再次同习近平主席会面。从那时以来世界形势发生很大变化。中国取得了令人惊叹的发展成就。建交74年来，芬中始终相互尊重、真诚相待、平等对话，双边关系保持良好发展，合作领域不断拓展，取得丰硕成果。芬方坚持一个中国原则，愿同中方共同庆祝好明年建交75周年，密切高层交往，扩大人文交流，深化经贸、绿色能源、可持续发展等领域务实合作。芬方赞赏中方在国际关系中坚持大小国家一律平等，赞赏习近平主席为解决当今世界各种全球性挑战提出的重大倡议理念，重视中方在国际事务中的重要影响以及发挥的稳定性、建设性作用，愿同中方加强多边沟通协作，为促进世界和平与稳定作出贡献。欧中经济紧密相联，“脱钩断链”“新冷战”不符合任何一方利益。芬方愿为推动欧中关系顺利发展发挥积极作用。

双方还就乌克兰危机和巴以冲突等问题深入交换意见。习近平阐述了中方原则立场，表示愿同包括芬兰在内的有关各方共同努力，继续为推动和平解决危机发挥积极作用。

会谈后，两国元首共同见证签署教育、水利、环境保护、循环经济、农食产品等领域多项双边合作文件。

双方发表《关于推进中芬面向未来的新型合作伙伴关系的联合工作计划（2025－2029）》。

天安门广场鸣放21响礼炮，礼兵列队致敬。两国元首登上检阅台，军乐团奏中芬两国国歌。斯图布在习近平陪同下检阅中国人民解放军仪仗队，并观看分列式。

当晚，习近平和彭丽媛在人民大会堂金色大厅为斯图布夫妇举行欢迎宴会。

Chinese President Xi Jinping held talks with Finnish President Alexander Stubb in Beijing on Tuesday.

Xi noted that Finland was one of the first Western countries to establish diplomatic ties with the People's Republic of China and the first Western country to sign an intergovernmental trade agreement with China.

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties, China and Finland have always enjoyed friendly relations based on mutual respect and trust, setting a fine example of state-to-state relations that transcends historical, cultural and institutional differences, and promotes equal exchanges, Xi said.

"As the world is undergoing accelerated changes unseen in a century and the risks and challenges facing human society are increasing, the future-oriented new-type cooperative partnership between China and Finland holds exceptional value and should be cherished and advanced," Xi said.

China is willing to work with Finland to strengthen strategic cooperation, carry forward friendly traditions, and further advance this cooperative partnership to better benefit the two countries and peoples and make new contributions to world peace and development, Xi added.
