相知无远近，万里尚为邻。中国和秘鲁都是文明古国，两国友谊源远流长，人民友好深入人心。秘鲁是最早同新中国建交、最早同中国建立全面战略伙伴关系的拉美国家之一。中秘都是环太平洋重要新兴市场国家和“全球南方”重要成员。近年来，在双方共同努力下，中秘各领域合作取得丰硕成果。
